The Neuroscience and Stroke Program Manager reports to the Neuroscience and Stroke Program Director, and is accountable for the management, leadership, and planning of the clinical and operational activities of the Stroke and Neuroscience program in accordance with Providence Little Company Medical Center Torrance mission, values and program strategic plan. The Neuroscience Manager will work to create an environment that fosters a multidisciplinary team and collaborative approach to care that achieves operational and clinical "Best Practice." The Neuroscience Manager works closely with department managers, directors, and physicians and oversees the daily operations of the Stroke and Neuroscience program. They are responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory standards for stroke program certification and other regulatory performance requirements for the Neuroscience Program.

Required Qualifications:

5 years of Disease specific program leadership, including planning or coordinating stroke and/or cardiovascular programs to meet Disease Specific Stroke Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and Germanischer Lloyd (GL) GuidelinesKnowledge of IRB and clinical research processes or prior history as a research coordinatorPowerpoint, Excel and Microsoft Word

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's Degree in NursingDisease Specific Stroke Det Norske Veritas (DNV) and Germanischer Lloyd (GL) survey experience a plus
