The Customer Experience Insights Analyst will aid in research, survey development, vendor coordination, and maintaining CX tools. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Customer Experience and Insights.In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:

Support qualitative research with panel management and coordinationAssist in quantitative research including survey development and vendor managementMaintain Customer Experience (CX) tools, resources, and documentationCoordinate and plan cross-functional meetings and other projectsThis role comes with the following benefits:
