JFC Global is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist, located in Lancaster, up to $65k, 15 days PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401k w/ matching, and more! Due to continued growth, our client is looking to add someone to their team and is ready to hire immediately.
As an IT Support Specialist, this person will play a crucial role in providing day-to-day technical support and will be responsible for managing users and groups in Active Directory and the Office 365 environment. You will be working across all business units and be involved with additional assigned projects. Our client is growing with no signs of slowing down so this could be a great opportunity to advance your own skill set.
Qualified IT Support Specialists should have the following experience:
Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an IT Support or Service Desk roleProficient in Windows OS applications and Office 365 administration, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, etc.Strong knowledge of Active Directory and user/group managementAbility to take ownership of position & excellent customer service experience is a mustExperience with Intune is a plusExperience in a Managed Services environment is idealApply now to be fast tracked directly to the hiring manager!
