Lockton is currently seeking a results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join the Integrated Absence Solutions (IAS) team. This role is responsible for supporting delivery of Lockton’s IAS service suite for multiple client accounts as well as people leadership. Lockton’s IAS differentiated service representation spans the end-to-end absence management program life cycle including: plan and program design, alignment to leading practices, identification of technology and reporting requirements, and ongoing validation of regulatory compliance and vendor performance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of business acumen, thrive in a fast-paced environment and constantly strive to enhance the overall client experience.Deploy, deliver and manage client consulting engagementsConduct strategic client meetings for both current and future state benefit analysis, technology harmonization, and integration of workforce planning for internal and external stakeholdersRecommend, coordinate and implement a full range of HR benefit administration and risk solutions specific to life, disability, PTO and leave programsConduct compliance assessments with respect to FMLA, State and Municipal Leaves and ADA/ADAAA issuesPerform financial analysis of cost/insurance solutions related to employer life, disability and leave programsEvaluate HRIS, Payroll, Timekeeping and leave administration functions enabling clients’ employee absence programs and recommend process improvementsAnalyze employer Plan documents, SPDs, policies and procedures for compliance, design, and operational improvement opportunitiesConduct benchmarking of existing Life, Disability and Leave designs against comparator groups for new program introductionManage vendor implementation plans with clients to ensure successful transition and communicationsPrepare client presentations and reports for internal and external partnersWork with Client Service Team to assist with client/carrier issue resolution including but not limited to complex claims resolutionLiaise with IAS Procurement Team on client-specific procurement needs including review and signoff of client-facing deliverablesSuccessfully manage a team of IAS Analysts and junior level associatesDesign and implement standard processes and procedures that create efficiencies in the Practice’s service model and utilize Lockton’s technology and support servicesDevelop a capacity planning methodology and apply system-based metrics to determine when associates have or are at capacity, require development, and additional hiring is neededEstablish quality control protocols including peer review processes and use the outcomes to identify training needsDesign reports and dashboards utilizing the practice’s technology that communicate the current state of the team, issues, and requirements to leadershipAttend lunch and evening events with clients to build ongoing relationshipsQualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required, insurance or business-related field preferredMinimum 7-10+ years of employee benefits consulting and/or brokerage experience with a focus in integrated disability and leave management a plusMinimum of 2+ years managing a team of junior level associatesGood working knowledge of differing Life, AD&D, Disability and Leave financial arrangements and products available to clients (e.g., fully insured, self-insured, ASO, etc.)Ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic and client focused environment with various stakeholders and needsAbility to train and develop Associates who are new to an industryDemonstrate deep knowledge of Lockton’s service delivery model within IASDesign and implement processes and procedures that deliver organizational efficiencies and create clear expectations among stakeholdersExperience in multiple claim processing platforms and technology available in the market including “SaaS”-based solutions, co-sourced integration models and full outsourcing market solutionsStrong customer service skills with the ability to develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders and a proven track record of delivering exceptional client serviceDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with advanced ability to manipulate large spreadsheets, census data, benchmarking data, etc.Understands data sources, processes, formulas and outputDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage changing priorities as neededExcellent communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with proven ability to interact with associates, clients and vendors at all levels of responsibilityProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize and scale in a fast-paced environmentLean or Six Sigma certification a plusAbility and willingness to travel to various client sites within and outside of Texas as neededCurrent Life/Health license preferredLegal right to work in the United StatesEqual Opportunity Statement
