Job Description:The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. This is a fully remote position reporting to our headquarters located in Rockville, Maryland.Essential Functions:Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clientsUnderstand client needs and offer solutions and supportResearch accounts, identify key players and generate interestQualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc.Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clientsPresenting and delivering information to potential clientsAnswering potential client questions and follow-up call questionsWorking with sales team when closing salesTracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metricsBuilding pipelines with channel partners and team members to close salesMaintaining database (Salesforce) of prospective client informationClosing sales and working with client through closing processRequired Skills/Experience:Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all dayExcellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customersPersuasive and goal-orientedPossesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanorEager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territoriesSelf-motivated and self-directedAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyIn-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industryHigh school degree or equivalentTenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential clientKnowledge of sales process from initiation to closeAbility to work independently or as an active member of a teamPreferred Education and Experience:Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experienceStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experienceThe salary range for this position is $35,000 - $58,800.The maximum range shown represents your earning potential with DealerOn for the lifetime of the role.
