USI is seeking a Resource Management Logistics Analyst to join our team at Ft. Liberty. This position will evaluate and track budget execution.
Principal Duties:
Provides oversight on the Interfund Billing System to ensure that disbursements are posted in GCSS-Army and GFEBS.Ensure that GCSS-Army automatically process the Interfund Bill file to match the Interfund Bill disbursements with a valid GCSS-Army Purchase Order.Assist with DFAS research on failed IDOCs and unmatched disbursements and initiate corrective action.Provide assistance with researching Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs).Be familiar with GCSS-Army Spending Chain that consists of GCSS-Army supply chain activities and functions which automatically result in financial transactions that immediately impact status of funds and budget availability.Assist in the review of budget transfers from GFEBS to GCSS-Army at Levels 3 and 4.Requirements
Must be a US citizen.A minimum of 3 years technical experience in the financial fields and be familiar with Army Financial Systems.A minimum of six (6) years of experience with GCSS Army and GFEBS.All GCSS-A certificationsBe capable of processing, researching, reviewing all financial data from the GCSS-Army and GFEBS systems.Be able to provide updated fund reports as required by the government.Be familiar with GFEBS, ZPARK, Cost Assignment Tables, Fund Codes, Inter-fund billing, IDOCs, and Standard Pricing programs.AA or AS degree in Accounting.
SECRET security clearance required.
