Do you like working with people doing something different every day?Stetson Ranch has an immediate opening for a Residential Counselor in our Residential Treatment Program serving youth ages 10–20.Residential Counselors are responsible for day-to-day operations including: maintaining a safe and supportive environment for participants, supervision of residents, crisis intervention, case management/advocacy, and all related documentation.A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field is preferred; however, equivalent experience is also acceptable. Strong organization and communication skills are necessary; the ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise decision-making is also required.
