"Job Description:
- PRIMARY ROLE: Responsible for one or more capital markets account relationships on an executive level (CxO).
- CLEINT RELATIONSHIP: Works with the Our client account client partners and ISU leadership to ensure revenue growth and quality delivery on transformational projects.
- SALES: Accountable for revenue generation and business development activities jointly with ISU and MMU leadership to broaden the footprint of Our client and increase the overall revenue base.
- DELIVERY: Accountable for the successful delivery of entire programs for transformation projects including responsibility for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budgets.
- PROGRAM MANAGEMENT: Responsible for program governance, program management and execution of transformational activities on one (or more) accounts.
- PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT: Produce recognized pieces of transformational thought leadership, PoV, and present at industry events.
- Leverage India centered Capital Markets Consulting practice on pursuits, thought leaderships and client engagements.
- Responsible for supporting other Consulting Partners through business development sales activities, proposals, and client relationship building
- Serve as a subject matter expert and practitioner in at several of the following capital markets sub segments
- Wealth management
- Trading and Institutional Brokerage
- Fund Account and Administration
- Clearing and Settlement (Market Infrastructure or Industry Participant View)
- Asset Servicing / Custody
- Responsible for scoping, planning, and successful delivery of complex, large transformation engagements including coordinating the work of Our client and client teams for one or more projects

"Qualifications:
- A minimum of 20+ years of demonstrated experience in consultative selling to existing and new clients including business development, delivery, client relationship management, practice development and understanding industry trends, creating pipeline of opportunities, developing and presenting proposals, solution definition, business case, closing deals and delivering transformation programs.
- Capital markets experience including front-middle and back office in one or more of the following industry segments, asset management, wealth management, investment banking, broker dealers, and exchanges, governance risk and compliance, digital transformation, etc.
- Experience leading the program governance and program management delivery of major transformational initiatives in the capital markets industry.
- MBAs or Master degrees are desired, Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, MIS, or equivalent discipline required,
- Willingness to travel 70% of the time"
