Senior Leadership Coach
As our Senior Leadership Coach, you will manage a Leadership Coach and lead workshops so our Scholars are supported and empowered to tackle high school life and apply for college. Day to day, you will coach and support your direct report, facilitate programming for scholars, and track and analyze student data. To thrive in this job, you must have experience managing others.

You'll know Senior Leadership Coach is the right fit for you if...You are passionate about supporting students to succeed in high school and preparing them to apply for and attend a four-year collegeYou have experience and comfort facilitating workshops for groups of studentsYou are adept at building trusting relationships with students from diverse backgroundsYou have experience coaching and working one-on-one with studentsYou are a flexible and collaborative worker, eager to work with a team to best support studentsYou have 3+ years of experience managing and coaching individualsYou are excited to support our students by working with them in-person 11:00 A.M. - 7:00 P.M. Monday - Thursday and remotely 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. Friday with flexibility for some weekend or morning hours.

This position is full-time, non-exempt, with a full hourly range between $25.48/hour to $34.47/hour (equal to $52,989/year-$71,691/year). However, aligned with our DEI practices, we typically bring in candidates between the minimum and maximum of $29.52/hour to $30.87/hour ($61,405 - $64,210).
