What your new challenge will look like
The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, managing, and executing 4flow's content marketing strategy in North America. This role involves creating high-quality content that engages the target audience(s), enhances brand awareness, and drives traffic to the 4flow website. The specialist needs to have detailed knowledge in online marketing as well. The specialist will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure content is consistent across channels and aligns with overall marketing goals and brand messaging. Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy for North America.
Conduct market and competitor research to understand competitors and target audiences and identify content opportunities.
Stay abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.
Create high-quality, engaging content including blog posts, articles, social media posts, whitepapers, case studies, e-books, and newsletters.
Collaborate with designers, content writers and 4flow business lines to produce multimedia content.
Develop and execute social media campaigns that use content to create brand awareness and generate leads.
Analyze, create, and modify content processes, templates, guidelines and documentation to increase efficiency and quality of work.
Track and report on content campaign performance.
Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search visibility.
Monitor and analyze content performance and adjust content strategy to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Work closely with the North America and global marketing team to align content with marketing campaigns and goals.
Develop relationships and collaborate with business-line stakeholders to ensure content and marketing campaigns support overall business-line objectives and strategy.
Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style and tone.
Maintain and update content guidelines and best practices.
Identify and implement content distribution strategies to reach a wider audience.
Leverage various platforms (e.g., website, publications, search engines, social media, HubSpot and partnerships) to distribute content effectively.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
3+ years of experience in content marketing or related field.
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
Strong understanding of content best practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.
Strong knowledge of website best practices, social media platforms and content marketing tools
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not necessary.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
