will be based in our Dallas, Texas office to lead contracting and search engagements

We are looking for a senior account executive

that has a proven track record of building client relationships and business.

ResponsibilitiesAccount Executive will develop a relationships with clients, identify resource needs, work with recruiters to identify correct candidates, present the candidate to the client for consideration, coordinate interview process.

ExperienceThree plus years of Technology Contractor or Permanent Placement experience with proven success and growth.Entrepreneurial spirit, personal drive, and "will to win" and overcome challenges and reach goalsUnderstanding of Information Technology terminologyBuild and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.Strong prospecting background via phone, social media and email platformsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of staffing services.Attend client eventsOccasional travel to client sites and events

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry.Strong understanding of staffing solutions and workforce management.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.Attend client events, trade shows, and industry conferences to represent our company and engage potential clients.

CompensationBase plus commission.Our compensation structure is primarily based on a competitive base salary complemented by lucrative commission opportunities.
