Associate creative director

Publicis Groupe, Montreal, QC

Company Description

At Publicis, we like to do things differently and redefine the rules of the game. To achieve this, we've surrounded ourselves with people who work WITH us, not FOR us. Here, there are motivated people who never let their team down, who roll up their sleeves when necessary, and who celebrate successes loudly. With us, attitude is as important as talent.

We're not afraid of failure, because for us, it doesn't exist. We try all sorts of things, and if the result isn't good, we learn and try again. To live up to this philosophy, we need responsible people who want to grow and develop, and support local brands in their creative thinking.

But to accomplish all that, you need the best talent. People who are committed to making these ideas happen, and making them happen. People who are motivated, committed, who play games. That's the kind of talent we want on our teams.
