Position Summary
Sr site Manager responsible for managing large complex projects within Vanderlande
ManagementLead, manage on-site installation team on large and complex projects acc. C05 processDraw up the project "installation" project plan containing objectives, organization, planning and costs calculations in consultation with Project managerMonitor and manage quality, time, costs and provision of informationIdentify and analyze (potential) problems / risks and opportunities and initiates adequate corrective and preventive actionsManage the interaction of site work with all stake holdersRecognize and report opportunitiesAdvise and manage the contracts of all subcontractors and suppliersDevelops and implements new methods/techniques, tools and practicesProper reporting to customer, PM and head officeCoach lower-level site managers and supervisorsEntering new or running projects in all stagesJob requirements
Knowledge of Vanderlande equipment and systemsSafety awareness for the assigned scopeKnowledge of all necessary softwareContract management and team leadProject planning and site organizationInternational and multicultural awarenessContinues improvement3-7 years in the MHE industry managing site-based constructionPreferred Qualifications:
Four-year college degree in technical fieldMaterial handling system experienceLogistical management experienceOSHA CertificationKnowledge skills abilities
