Working in an information systems environment makes you more than happy.The WorkDesign and build detailed technical cloud CRM solutionsDesign and develop sophisticated customizations using Salesforce and Force.comLead the day-to-day work of our Salesforce technical team, onshore and offshoreUse the Salesforce platform, security, single sign-on, and other tools to build end-to-end solutionsRun workshops, work closely with clients, and be ready to talk about tradeoffsMap functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionalityShare standard methodologies on the positioning and delivery of solutionsMentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Force.com, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce leading practicesTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0-100% depending on business requirements.Heres What You NeedA proven ability in technology implementation for full life cycle enterprise software projects for 4 yearsA minimum of 2 years' experience developing Salesforce customizations (Apex/VF) and integrations, and defining and implementing data migrationsA minimum of 6 months experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform including Lightning components using the Lightning Design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools (process Builder, Visual Workflow, Lightning App Builder, etc.)A minimum of 2 years' experience leading projects, technical project teams, and performing code reviewsBachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If you have an Associates Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years work experienceBonus Points IfYou have effectively led developers beforeYou have demonstrated ability to navigate both the functional and technical aspects of a CRM engagementYou have experience in development and/or configuration on other CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, Zoho, etc)Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
