JOB SUMMARY
The primary function of the Paclease Fleet Coordinator is to manage the fleet administration. S/He will establish and manage proper procedures/policies for truck orders, sales, funding, in-service, and billing to maximize return on investment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Maintain a master fleet inventory list for use by management, accounting, sales, rental and admin.
2 Generate monthly lease billing, sales invoices, and asset purchases of new and used Paclease and Transport Rental equipment.
3 Coordinate with shop managers and salesmen to ensure proper accounting of add-on invoices.
To include managing the purchase order process for internal and external costs.
4 Assist sales personnel with contract paperwork, ordering and funding.
5 Generate funding documentation for all new leases, to include; unit files, loan documentation, in-service paperwork, business system setup and scanning/filing.
6 Monitor interim interest, vidlogs, and other monthly expenses.
7 Assist the Corporate Paclease Director and Paclease Director of Service with month-end data compilation and reporting.
8 Manages and maintains a unit file on all new/used inventory.
Accumulates costs in order to correctly prepare lease/sales summaries and commission reports.
9 Assist in the annual business plan process.
10 Coordinate and enforce KWSCO safety policy as the Paclease safety representative.
11 Work closely with all other departments in the Paclease operation.
12 Performs other tasks as requested to support Corporate Paclease Director and managers in the performance of their duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
High school diploma, college degree desirable or the equivalent.
Professional personal appearance is required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Microsoft Office skills needed.
WORKING CONDITIONS
The Fleet Coordinator works both indoors and outdoors, primarily as an administrative function. S/he will also be moving about the dealership facility to communicate with the dealer managers, employees and customers.
Excellent communications skills required. This job requires you to climb in and out of trucks on a regular basis. S/he must bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach and feel. Will be exposed to noise, vibration, dust, paint and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials.
Must also spend extensive periods of time at a desk, reviewing detailed computer printouts, inputting data on Video Display Monitor, and filing, placing and receiving telephone calls, and maintaining information systems.
