Seeking a Highly Experienced Automotive Sales eCommerce Director

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a high-performing team of sales BDC professionals.
* Recruit, onboard, and train the sales BDC agents.
* Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, lead
generation, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Work with our CRM software provider to maximize lead handling
* Ensure established department processes are being followed at each store at all times.
*Establish daily, weekly, and monthly goals for each sales BDC agent that correspond to the goals of the dealership(s).
Qualifications:

Extensive experience in running an Automotive Sales Business Development center.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Strong understanding of online sales channels, platforms, and digital marketing.

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
