McGovern Luxury Albany is hiring an experienced sales BDC agent to join our team!

In this role you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customer inquiries. Outstanding customer service, multi- tasking skills, and follow-through are a must.
Sales BDC Responsibilities:Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries and proactively pursue additional customer leadsListen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offeringsWork in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirementsMeet specified monthly targets and goalsContribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitudeSales BDC Qualifications:
Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferredAt least 1 year of internet sales experience; experience in an automotive setting preferredHigh school diploma or GED equivalentExcellent customer relationship skillsSelf-starter, motivated and success drivenConfident, positive and high energy presenceStrong communication skillsTeam-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goalsValid driver's licenseMust be able to pass background and drug screeningsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
