Job Summary:We are seeking a Business Development Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, providing information about products and services, and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.
Duties:
Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customersSet appointmentsListen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offeringsProvide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfactionWork in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirementsMeet specified monthly targets and goalsDirect customers to product information resources, including those available on the internetCheck email frequently and respond to inquiries immediatelyDeliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptlyContribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive, roll-up your sleeves attitudeQualifications:- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in math and retail math for pricing and inventory control- Upselling skills to promote additional products or services- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for diverse customer interactions.Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills will contribute to the growth of our business!
