Our Global Architecture & Urbanism Division combines the expertise of IBI’s Buildings and Placemaking practice, our Places’ capabilities, and CRTKL’s multi-sector design leadership to offer a diverse range of solutions focusing on human-centric design, sustainability, and technology.Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Architect with comprehensive project delivery experience to join its Healthcare Practice Group located in San Diego.At Arcadis, you will be a vital member of a global network of design professionals who value collaboration, progressive solutions, broad insights, and bold talent. You will also be part of a sought-after corporate culture that supports dynamic career advancement in parallel with work/life balance.Role Responsibilities:Representing Arcadis, coordinating with Design Team, PM, Contractor, and ClientReview and respond/coordinate all submittals, RFI’s, change orders, amendments to construction documents, etc.Track schedule with contractor and clientMentor and direct junior staff in CA effortsTrack TIO (testing, inspection, observation) form, amending as neededCoordinate with UC agency, HCAI, etc.Coordinate with Sr. PM for budgetQualifications

Licensed Architect in California10+ years’ experience in Healthcare, Construction Administration, and with OSHPD/HCAIExperience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project)Additional Information
