Its employees consistently rank Moss as one of the best places to work.POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACTThe Risk Analyst role supports the CCIP Manager by performing essential duties relating to corporate insurance, risk accounting, and general administration as required. The successful candidate will demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude and the desire to grow and learn with a leading construction firm.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOversee subcontractor CCIP enrollment & compliance process for assigned projectsCommunicate with project teams and subcontractor base regarding project CCIP requirementsAct as liaison between Moss and third-party CCIP administratorReview and process NOAs to determine if enroll or exclude, inform Team & sub as neededReview CMiC for new subcontractsReview NTOs for Florida projectsReview Owner contract for CCIP requirementsPrepare, set-up and execute CCIP Kick-off Meetings with project teams (on & off site)Follow up with subcontractors for missing paperwork as neededIssue CCIP change orders to Project AccountantAnalyze Contract Value / Payroll Amounts on monthly basis and issue CCIP True-Up COsPlace Contracts on payment hold when needed & inform project teamHold recurring meetings with project teams to discuss open itemsEscalate subcontractors' requests/issues if neededProvide exceptions where applicableManage electronic filing recordsTravel to CCIP sitesPerform other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE1-3 years of insurance or risk management experience with a construction firm, insurance brokerage, or insurance companyStrong verbal and written communication skills requiredProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word RequiredBachelors degree strongly preferredExperience with a Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) a plusJOB TITLE:
