Senior Network Engineer (ISP Core)
responsible for monitoring, maintaining, securing, and developing local and national core networks as well as access/client networks. You will mentor a team of engineers to troubleshoot and optimize the network for our customers. Excellent problem-solving skills and thorough knowledge of network administration and architecture are essential. Your goal will be to establish networks that cater to high uptime customer needs.RequirementsMatric QualificationExperience implementing QoS, PBR, VPN, MPLS, SD-WANCisco CCNP essential, Mikrotik MTCRE essential, MTCINE preferredRiverbed, Meraki or Fortinet SD-WAN experience essentialBasic Linux experienceAt least 5 years’ experience as an ISP network engineer or in network administration and maintenanceValid Driver's LicenceThorough understanding of switching, routing and their related technologies. BGP, OSPF champion. TCP/IP, IP Addressing (v4 and v6), CIDR and DNS. Excellent understanding of Service Provider and Enterprise architecture.
