Primary responsibilities are technical service leading on developmental and commercialized products by optimization of material application processes, and direct interaction with customers to troubleshoot and solve product and process-related problems.Leads customer visits, demonstrations, recommendations, trainings, and problem solving for strategic initiatives and breakthrough technologies.Completes laboratory and testing for internal and external customers.Responsible for the technical training of field sales, customers, and for TCS talent development.Traveling of 30-40% is required for this role.
