We believe our packaging touches lives and together, we, together as a team, deliver on the promise of what’s inside.Role: Customer Relations Project ManagerPrimary Duties and ResponsibilitiesManages each project with a professional attitude keeping accurate details on progress.Manages quoting activities and reporting to ensure the highest levels of customer service while achieving efficiencies, cost reductions, and margin improvements.Determines supplier connections to either buyers for quote development or for reorder processing.Participates actively in STS meetings providing information on project status.Manages supplier specific quoting and savings projects.Manages account profitability by identifying new opportunities for cost and profit improvement opportunities.Troubleshoots local service or product quality issues, communicating and resolving as appropriate.Develops sampling and literature programs and reporting results to the team.Coordinates with BSC, vendor and customer, as needed.Ensures streamlined, cost effective supply chain is maintained.Manages master data creation and setup for all new customers, items and vendors.Ensures accurate and timely reporting.Implements national programs and initiatives at the local level.Communicate project status to direct supervisor/manager.Performs other duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsEducation and Experience:Bachelors degree is preferred in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or relevant field.1-3 years of experience in a Project Management or equivalent role in a professional environment.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Knowledge of sales and/or marketing, supply chain, or general management.Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.Asset if the person is proficient in; SQL, Salesforce.com, Prezi, SAP.Strong interpersonal skills including customer interface.Ability to quickly absorb new knowledge and utilize new software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Organizational and time management skills.This position requires the ability to demonstrate the following competencies:Business MasteryIntegrated LeadershipPeople DevelopmentChange ManagementIntellectual flexibility & technical acumenReasonable AccommodationsReasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
