Corporate Services, Project ManagementResponsibilities:

Act as Project Manager responsible for implementation, coordination with stakeholders and supervise service provider's performance.Responsible for project planning and management of asset enhancement in Bank's Grade A commercial properties in Central district.Assist to supervise the overall performance of the property management services suppliers including but not limited to the daily management, procurement process and execution of E&M works as well as ESG initiatives of the Bank’s Grade-A commercial properties in order to provide excellent services for customers.Identify milestones and conduct feasibility studies for renovation projects.Work independently for property related renovation projects and coordinate with in-house teams, consultants and vendors for all project related activities.Monitor the implementation of asset enhancement & development works and ensure the projects are completed within the predetermined budget and time frame and in compliance with relevant specification requirements and government regulations.Prepare analytical reports, summaries and recommendations on proposed work tasks.Undergo internal processes and reach management approval in compliance with all bank policies, procedures and requirements.Knowledge in E&M systems especially for HVAC, BMS, heat pump, boiler, electricity, lighting system etc. is an advantage.Requirements:

Degree in Construction, Surveying, Facilities Management, Engineering or related disciplines.Minimum 5 years of solid experience in project management for asset enhancement and major A&A works, experience in Banks or building operation, including compliance, procurement and approval procedures in advance.Strong people management & communication skills with commercial sense.Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese. Fluency in Mandarin would be an advantage.In-depth knowledge in property development procedures, interior design and building regulations.Excellent in computer applications (including MS Office, AutoCAD).
