Job Description

The incumbent will assist the Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) organization supporting biological therapeutics. The incumbent responsibilities will include the following:• Support lab or pilot-scale experiments involving conjugation of antigens to a carrier protein• Execution of lab or pilot-scale purifications using Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Normal Flow Filtration (NFF), and/or column chromatography, as needed• Preparation of equipment, solutions, consumable materials, etc. as needed to support experiment execution• Preparation of technical reports and presentations to communicate results to scientists and management, as required.Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related biotechnology field• Industrial experience is preferred• Experience with operating and monitoring of Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Normal Flow Filtration (NFF), and chromatography systems is desired• Experience with

conjugation chemistry

is highly desired
