(On-site)A reputable, mid-size Oncology-focused pharmaceutical company is seeking someone to drive critical analyses leveraging secondary data across product launch performance, digital effectiveness, resource allocation, omnichannel reporting and analytics in their Commercial organization. This will be a highly visible role partnering with key internal stakeholders as an essential strategic thought partner.ResponsibilitiesLead secondary data analytics and reporting for business performance, competitive analysis, digital promotion, resource allocation, segmentation, and targeting.Lead omnichannel reporting and analyticsUtilize advanced analytics like predictive analytics and machine learning to generate insightsApply analytical techniques to pharma data sources to meet business needsTranslate complex data and analytics into business insights and communicate with stakeholdersSegment markets and identify target customer groups for marketing campaignsWork with IT to develop BI solutionsWork with IT, Data Operations, and Market Access to address trends and dataRequirementsBachelors degree REQUIRED | Masters degree is a plus8 years relevant professional experience minimumKey knowledge of pharma data sources (SP, SD, claims, Xponent) + hands on experience analyzing large pharma data setsOmnichannel analytics experience REQUIREDAdvanced analytics experience: marketing mix, influencer analysis, etc.Stakeholder mgmt. experienceVendor mgmt. experienceExperience creating dashboardsStrong presentation and communications skillsBusiness ownership mindset: solution orientedExcel, PPT, and SQL proficiencyEPM Scientific is the only search firm dedicated to offering bench to bedside recruitment services with niche experts across every vertical of the development, approval, and launch cycle.
