Position Overview:
At Exact Sciences, we are cancer fighters united by our mission to change lives by providing earlier, smarter answers. The Director, Product Management is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the team and the product areas supported, which could include a set of digital solutions. This position acts as the primary liaison to the business, coordinating the digital solution roadmap for their area while working with key stakeholders.
This role enjoys both the strategic work of finding the best solution and the implementation work of how best to bring it to life for maximum impact. The Director excels at working with business stakeholders across the organization to bring new tests to life by collaborating with the following pillars: ordering, sample acquisition, labs, report access, problem cases, and billing.
Essential Duties Include:
Provide strategic leadership and set the strategy for the product areas within the team’s scope and effectively communicate the strategy to the team.
Accountable for setting the strategy for how team members act as the voice of the customer for all outside stakeholders to ensure that their needs are heard and that the delivery teams are getting the support needed.
Identify and cultivate strategic collaboration with delivery teams, including the most senior Product Manager accountable for the totality of the product area.
