The Operational Excellence Finance Director is responsible for driving financial performance and operational efficiency and ensuring the Operational Excellence Office (OEO) drives cash impact for approved business cases, highlighting financial trends that could hinder or accelerate financial impact and communicating the financial impact of the transformation to SR leadership. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to optimize financial processes, improve cost management, and enhance overall financial performance for initiatives tracked by the OEO. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure the successful execution of financial projects that support the organization's operational excellence goals.Essential Duties Include:Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's operational excellence objectives.Work with OEO leadership to translate aspirations into clear targets.Identify key financial performance indicators and set targets to drive financial efficiency.Support the executive team in setting overall OEO targets and oversee appropriate resource allocation.Provide CEO staff with adequate information and guidance to support their decision-making.Perform trend analysis to forecast future monthly impacts and compare against monthly financial goals.Highlight developing financial trends that could hinder or accelerate financial impact within operational excellence initiatives.Make recommendations to resolve emerging issues or take advantage of positive trends and anticipate and recommend solutions for financial issues that arise.Establish and monitor financial performance metrics and KPIs.Track and validate initiative business cases and coordinate overall allocation of resources.Work with initiative owners and finance teams to ensure a consistent approach to the valuation of initiative impact.We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
