The Operational Excellence Senior Director is responsible for leading and driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role involves developing and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. The Senior Director will work closely with teams across the organization to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure the successful execution of projects that enhance the overall organizational effectiveness and performance of the organization.Essential Duties Include:Develop and implement the operational excellence strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.Develop nimble plans accounting for a range of risks and contingencies, including identifying key areas for improvement and prioritizing initiatives to drive operational efficiency.Achieve cohesion, integration, and alignment between the Operational Excellence (OE) office and business leaders.Act as a liaison to the executive team and the transformation office on critical needs.Integrate long-term opportunities and challenges with day-to-day activities, translating them into strategies.Solve complex problems by making sense of sometimes contradictory information while applying knowledge of business and marketplace to problem-solving.Monitor and track the progress of improvement initiatives and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.Establish performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operational excellence initiatives, including tracking team metrics and milestones.Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Implement initiatives to enhance overall operations, execution, and impact.Conduct regular performance reviews and present findings to senior management.We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
