In this role, you will work on exciting, multi-million dollar commercial MEP projects as you develop your skills in estimating, scheduling, and design within the design-build construction process.What you’ll do:
Estimates the impact of project changes and provides information to applicable management.Manages change orders. Ensure they are completed accurately and tracked as required.Procures equipment, materials, and services; and participates in the selection and hiring of subcontractors.Stays current on emerging trends.Analyzes and resolves basic questions and problems as needed.What you’ll need to be successful:
Four-year degree in Engineering, or applicable experienceBasic ERP skills to include inquiring, reviewing, and printing job cost reportsBasic knowledge of HVAC or plumbing drawingsBasic verbal and written communications skillsBasic computer skills, including CADD and Microsoft Office Products, such as ExcelYOU MatterSouthland Industries understands that people are key to our success as a company.
