Powering automation through AI and analytics, IntelePeer provides industry-leading time-to-value and rapid time to improved customer experiences with solutions that work seamlessly with existing business software and infrastructure.What we are looking for:Experienced Senior Product Manager to join the AI and Data team to drive the development and execution of the IntelePeer data strategy, ensuring the analytics tools provide deep insights that enhance customer engagement and streamline the AI automated interactions across calls, chats, SMS/MMS and other channels. You will work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to prioritize and build innovative data-driven features that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in leveraging analytics to deliver actionable insights will be crucial in shaping the future of our AI powered automation platform and driving business growth. The successful candidate is passionate about customer experience, analytics and AI.
What You'll Do:Customer-Centric Visionary:
Be the
champion for our users and work closely with customers IT team, data scientists, analysts, and other business stakeholders to drive the development of a new data platform in support of the AI automation products and customers business intelligence needs.Strategic Innovator: Craft and implement a forward-thinking product strategy and roadmap for our data-driven applications and services.Market Savvy Analyst: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching market trends, customer needs, and the latest in data, AI and analytics technology.Product Evangelist:
Serve as the go-to expert on IntelePeer data products and services, spreading the word both internally and externallyCollaborative Leader: Work directly with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, marketing, managed solutions, and sales—to lead the delivery of outstanding data products on time and within budget.Strategic Planner:
Develop comprehensive business cases and financial models to guide product development and investmentCompliance Champion: Ensure our products meet all security and data privacy standards, working closely with legal and infosec teamsWhat You'll Bring:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.Experience:
At least 5 years in data/analytics/business intelligence product management experience, preferably in the customer experience, contact center and interaction automation domainswith a proven ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.Technical Expertise: Modern data warehouse engines (Snowflake, ClickHouse, Databricks,
Doris) and database engines (Iceberg, DuckDB). Customer data/CDP platforms, graph databases, major cloud provider data offerings, AI and machine learning concepts, technologies, and platformsAnalytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving capability and you're able to anticipate and address challenges head-on.Tool Proficiency:
Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and other industry tools and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Innovative Mindset:
Passion for staying on the cutting edge of AI technology and trends.Clear communication:
