Builds and maintains propane order volumes and market share by locating, developing, closing, and maintaining sales business relationships within an assigned group of customers and/or territory.Job Duties:Personally visit client sites and offices throughout the area of operations to generate sales, maintain and develop relationships to expand current customer sales and grow customer base.Locate new customer relationships by networking and cold calling.Develop relationships with potential new clients and expand relationships with existing clients.Close new business deals by prospecting leads, developing and negotiating pricing, and closing sales and repeat order relationships.Network through various industry and social events.Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential, and using discretion, sound judgement, and professionalism at all times.Help grow market share and volume by exploring and embracing assigned opportunities.Skills/Qualifications:
Selling and closing skills, sales planning, time management, keen to customer needs, market knowledge, meeting sales goals, professionalism, and reporting. Propane familiarity a plus!Requirements:Flexible schedule a plus.Minimum of 2 years of Oil & Gas experience, in a Sales role preferred.Prior propane sales experience preferred.Safe driving history.Pass criminal background check.Pass drug test.
