This is a full-time, permanent position.Responsibilities Include:Represent the firm’s clients in all aspects of the estate planning process, including consultations and strategy sessions.Draft a variety of estate planning and trust administration documents.Assist clients with the process of funding trusts and provide expert advice to ensure proper and efficient funding.Oversee and manage trust and probate administration matters, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and meeting all deadlines.Qualifications:5+ years’ experience as an attorney or a related field is required.Previous experience with estate planning, estate administration and elder law is required.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are required.Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel is a must.Hours & Benefits:M -F 8-5In-PersonPTOHealth, Dental, & Vision401KFor more details on this role please contact
