This is a full-time, permanent position.Responsibilities Include:Draft substantive complaints, motions, oppositions, correspondence and other pleadings for contested matters.Draft and respond to interrogatories, subpoenas and document requests.Draft estate planning documents, including but not limited to wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care proxies and irrevocable life insurance trusts.Implement strategies to increase profitability and firm performance.Act as the senior partner on matters.Represent the firm at internal and external events.Qualifications:A law degree from an accredited university is required.A license to practice law in New York State is a must.Must have a portable book of business.Strong research and writing skills are required.Hours & Benefits:M -F 8-5pmIn-PersonPTOHealth, Dental, & Vision + Bonus401K + Pension PlanFor more details on this role please contact
