We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sales Director,Americas. This role is a key executive responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the sales function for the Americas at WebPros,driving growth in our web hosting and backend technology services.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in web hosting technologies, server management, and web services, coupled with a proven track record of leading successful sales teams in a highly technical environment.

As a leader you will have a proven record infostering a high-performance sales culture, executing sales strategies and building strong business relationships. This role will drive revenue growth, increase market share, and ensure the overall success of the sales department and WebPros.

The Director of Sales collaborates closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, customer success, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization. This includes sharing customer feedback, identifying market trends, and influencing product road map priorities based on customer needs and market demand.

The Director of Sales is also responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and market conditions. This involves setting sales targets, forecasting sales projections, and developing plans to achieve revenue goals.The ideal candidatewill have extensive experience in managing sales motions aligned to the Channel.You must be able todemonstrate experience in building and managing sales pipelines in an indirect sales model, where visibility into end-user spending may be limited

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in theAmericas region.

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Collaborate closely with marketing, product management, and other cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Build and manage sales pipelines in an indirect sales model, working effectively with partners and resellers to drive sales growth without direct visibility into end-user spending.

Provide examples of successful sales funnel development and management in scenarios where the end-customer spending data is not directly accessible.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.

Implement effective sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize productivity and performance across the sales organization.

Provide regular reporting and analysis of sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline activity to executive leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Demonstrated success in selling web hosting services and backend technology solutions, with a strong understanding of server management, control panels, and related technologies.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.

Proven expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans in the technology industry, preferably within the web hosting or SaaS sectors.

Strong leadership and management skills, centered on the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a diverse team of sales professionals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and partners at all levels.

Deep understanding of solution selling skills, preferably technical sales experience with the ability to manage multiple product sets.

Excellent understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach to decision-making.

Experience in building and managing sales pipelines in an indirect sales model, with proven examples of developing successful sales funnels without direct end-user spending visibility

Demonstrated ability to grow and thrive in a dynamic environment, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and support Global sales activities.

Preferred Skills:

Technical background or certifications related to web hosting and backend technologies.

Experience with cloud-based solutions, virtualization, and web security.

Familiarity with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in web hosting and backend services.
