Purpose of Role:

As the Director of VIP Marketing, Promotions, & Events iGaming you will be responsible for implementing Caesars VIP iGaming marketing goals, strategy, and tactics. You will be responsible in building out the VIP Marketing Department as well as collaborate with internal teams on VIP marketing strategy, casino promotions, retail VIP marketing, finance, external supply acquisition, and creative design. You will report into the Vice President of iCasino Sales.

Job Description:

Oversees the design and implementation of all VIP iGaming Marketing initiatives including digital and retail promotional offers, events and hospitality, property marketing, direct mail campaigns, competitor analysis, customer surveys, and gift items.

Design the buildout of the VIP iGaming Marketing Department including headcount costs, job descriptions, and phasing of employment

Support general iGaming Marketing and Promotional initiatives including new brand and game launches

Develop a framework to scale and execute in-person VIP events onsite at Caesars Entertainment properties as well in iGaming states with no brick-and-mortar footprint

Working with the marketing teams design top of funnel VIP marketing acquisition offers to identify and develop prospect customers sooner in the customer lifecycle journey

Educate the VIP iGaming Team on property marketing offerings and events

Forge relationships with external suppliers to secure the best rate on customer gift items

Coordinate with Product and Development teams to create customer feedback loop and competitor analysis

Work with the iGaming Marketing team to ensure print production and market assets are delivered on time and to all stakeholders for property placements

Oversee team finances, handle all invoicing/AP requests, and track budget for campaigns

Ensure brand consistency through successful interaction with the creative and design teams

Act as department Creative liaison / Point of Contact – compile and develop creative briefs for department-wide campaigns and offer flips, proof marketing assets, host weekly creative/department meetings, curate and maintain the department marketing tracker, and traffic final assets to appropriate stakeholders

Work closely with specialists within the offline and online marketing teams including PR, Direct Marketing, Organic Social, Events to optimize the VIP marketing mix.

Role Requirements:

3-5 years of applicable senior marketing experience

An excellent communicator with outstanding listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Experience working closely and developing integrated plans with sales/digital/marketing counterparts

Project management experience required

Strategic marketing plan development and execution with demonstrable results and return on investment (going beyond creative ideas to revenue-driving programming)

Experience operating in a fast-paced environment

Strong understanding of casino marketing lifecycle
