The Litigation Family Law Attorney will proactively manage family law cases, provide exceptional customer service to clients, and ensure client satisfaction through effective case management.Duties:
Manage family law cases from inception to resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court proceedings.Provide superior customer service to clients, including regular communication, monthly status reports, and weekly case reviews.Make recommendations for improvements to practice managers to enhance overall efficiency and client satisfaction.Utilize practice quality software to track performance metrics and client satisfaction levels.Requirements:
Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.3-5 years of litigation experience with a focus on family law.Experience serving as 1st chair in family law cases.Licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Proficiency in legal research and writing.Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technical programs and software.
