The ideal candidate will have an interest and experience in civil litigation, including trial experience, and will be able to provide strategic advice and counsel to clients. The successful candidate will be able to develop and implement strategies for the successful resolution of cases and provide representation in court proceedings with the assistance of senior counsel.Key Responsibilities:Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Research and analyze legal issues.Conduct discovery and depositions.Advise clients on legal matters and provide strategic advice and counsel.Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials.Develop and implement strategies for the successful resolution of cases.Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to clients’ cases.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Colorado Bar.A minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation, including trial experience.Excellent communication and research skills.Ability to provide strategic advice and counsel to clients.Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Skills:Superior writing and oral communication skills.Strong legal research and analytical abilities.Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and cases effectively.Strong negotiation skills and ability to settle cases favorably for clients.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Company infoBCG Attorney Search200 South Wacker Drive, 31st FloorChicagoIllinoisUnited States 60606Phone :
