Go Red For Women

campaign in Los Angeles County and has shared accountability for achieving overall goals for the Los Angeles Division and the Western States region. This includes ensuring that revenue goals are achieved through developing new and cultivating existing relationships and driving revenue and health impact goals through effectively engaging volunteers, other partners, and staff across diverse opportunities. We have a fast-paced sales type of environment with the main responsibility of driving revenue in support of our mission. We offer a base salary with the potential to earn an incentive up to 25% of your base pay. The potential incentive is based on achieving certain revenue targets and triggers. Responsibilities Manages relationships with current and prospective individuals and companies to reach fundraising goals. Leads and actively participates in the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and management of new individual philanthropic and corporate sponsorship relationships. Drives the ongoing process of identifying, recruiting, and activating an influential, financially strong and inclusive volunteer leadership base to support the campaign(s) on a sustained basis. Plans, manages, implements, and evaluates strategies and initiatives aligned with revenue generation and volunteer leadership engagement strategies. Develops and implements year-round pipelines and cultivation plans for individual donors and corporate accounts, ensuring sufficient depth for revenue generation and excellent customer relations. Manages customer and campaign information utilizing Association systems accurately, timely and completely in accordance with established guidelines. Proactively ensures timely communication with internal and external partners and customers, supporting collaboration in account management and activities to achieve shared goals. Qualifications 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, sales, or equivalent type experience. Ability to do daily local travel up to 75%; requires access to reliable transportation at all times on an immediate basis. Ability to lift and/or move large objects (such as boxes) with the expectation that heavier items would be broken down into smaller components or requesting additional assistance may be required before lifting and/or moving. Must have at least basic knowledge and skill/proficiency with Microsoft Office. Preferred Experience and Skills University/College degree or equivalent experience, preferred. Experience managing and cultivating high-level leaders at the C-Suite level. Knowledge of corporate and community networks. Compensation Expected pay range will be $66,700 to $80,000 annually. This position is incentive eligible based on achieving certain targets. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply.
