Basic Function of Resort Lodge Manager Position:
Responsible for the management and facilities oversight of Heath’s Resort Lodge, Pine River MN. Manage the lodge in a manner that reflects the expectations and quality standards of our family establishment. We are a fairly simple family establishment. Looking for someone with office management experience and good customer service skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, supervise, monitor, and evaluate all Heath’s Resort Lodge operations, including operating policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the resort and lodge.
Provide administrative support, including but not limited to operational and budgetary management and coordination of various guest support services.
Collaborate with the resort owners and hospitality management for good communication between office and cabin maintenance staff.
Greet resort guests.
Manage concession sales.
Handle guest reservations and provide general customer service.
Serve as the primary contact for all repairs, maintenance, and other facilities issues. Work with maintenance personnel to coordinate all services and repairs.
Assist with basic accounting to manage resort accounts receivable.
Serve as the liaison between the office and Heath’s resort guests. Assist in the planning and implementation of housing tasks, such as move-in, check-out, key control, and room changes.
