Attorney needed for Denver office

A law firm in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated Attorney to manage a diverse caseload. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with 1-2 years of experience, capable of working independently while ensuring compliance with the rules of professional conduct. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality legal services and effective case management.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage an assigned caseload, including overseeing all aspects of case development and litigation.Ensure adherence to the rules of professional conduct and legal ethics.Work independently to handle cases from inception through resolution.Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.Represent clients in court, during negotiations, and in other legal proceedings.Conduct legal research to support case strategies and arguments.Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and advice as needed.Develop case strategies and prepare for trials and hearings.Maintain detailed and accurate case files and records.Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in Colorado.Preferably 1-2 years of experience in legal practice.Proven ability to manage a caseload independently.Strong understanding of legal procedures and rules of professional conduct.Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and case management abilities.Proficiency in legal research and document preparation.Ability to work independently and efficiently.Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
