Our guest service team members will be responsible for greeting, welcoming, and connecting with our guests. They will maintain service quality standards by delivering premium guest service and treating each guest as a VIP. They will handle guest orders and transactions in an efficient and professional manner. They will perform guest service tasks and other duties as needed.QUALIFICATIONS:One year of experience in a customer service environment preferredPrevious food handling experience in either the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to work in cross-functional roles as needed (front-of-house & back-of-house)Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as neededPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overheadAble to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to lift, move and carry up to 50 poundsEDUCATION:A high school diploma or GED requiredLANGUAGE SKILLS:Must be able to speak, read and write EnglishIn accordance with California law, the expected salary range for this California position is between $19 and $21 per hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
