Must have strong Nursing Director experience with strong daily administrative leadership of a very active home health and hospice agency.Currently, the organization has a large patient population of over 200+ and over 70+ FTEs. Candidates must reflect strong experience in a setting with similar responsibilities and must have a steady work history with strong accomplishments. Seeking an active, hit-the-ground-running candidate that enjoys daily challenges.Qualifications:RN, BSN, Masters preferred.Strong Nursing Administration experience in Home Health and Hospice management with large FTE and patient census population.Budgeting, staffing, and administrative leadership experience of at least 6+ years.Location:
