Our ideal candidate will be certified as a Medical/Surgical RN or interested in obtaining certification upon hire while actively participating in a professional organization.A successful candidate will have 5 years of RN experience with 3 years of progressive leadership experience to include 2 years as a Clinical Nurse Manager.You need to have an unencumbered RN license in the state of Maryland at the time of hire and an American Heart Association BLS card.What will make you the best candidate:Do you actively round on your staff?
