The Medical Surgical Nurse Director will manage a strong team of 55+ FTEs consisting of a Nurse Manager, Nurse Coordinators, Registered Nurses, and Patient Care Technicians. In addition to operational and budgetary duties, the Med Surg Nursing Director is responsible for shaping the long-term vision of the assigned units and achieving departmental goals to improve the standard of care.
