The Nurse Director of Med Surg will lead a diverse team, including a RN Manager Medical Surgical and RN Manager Telemetry. The unit also has a team of Clinical Nurse Coordinators and Nurse Educators for support as well as RNs, LPNs, and PCTs.The RN Nursing Director Med Surg will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the daily operations of the Med Surg floor. This role involves oversight of cost-effective patient care and ensuring performance improvement services across various departments.
