Manages and leads the accounting processes and staff of the company. The major areas of responsibility are A/P, A/R, budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, cash flow planning & execution, financial reporting, and general accounting. Responsible for developing and maintaining Finance as a business partner of the Company’s Sales, Engineering, Operations and HR organizations so that these organizations work together to lead the key initiatives and obtain the critical Company goals.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Solving financial problems related to the preparation of financial reports, including the company’s balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and cash flow forecast.Developing, managing, reporting on the A/P, A/R, procurement, inventory functions, budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, cash flow planning & execution, financial reporting, and general accounting.Proactively identify potential financial, operational and administrative problems and bottlenecks, and to make recommendations on how these problems can be solved.Maintains monthly and year-end financial statements and supporting schedules, including analysis and interpretation to Sr. Management of same.Monitoring and regulating cash flow.Managing inventory costing and bi-weekly reporting to financial institution.Interfacing with sales, engineering and operations on finance issues, including quoting rates and methods, purchasing methods, and job profit and loss.OTHER DUTIES:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Knowledge and prior experience with general accounting, including detailed cost accounting, GAP, cash flow management, budgeting and financial compilation reporting.A genuine belief in continuous improvement and disciplined processes. A willingness to analyze, challenge and change processes, if needed, to create a more efficient environment and culture.Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks.Dependability — Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations.Integrity — Job requires being honest and ethical.Organizational and time management skills.Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize workday/projects independently.Good written and verbal communication skills including ability to effectively present information to upper management, customers, public groups and/or board of advisors.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Ten (10) years' experience in contract manufacturing position; ANDB.S Degree in Accounting; OR CPA; MBA is a plus.Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Experience as an Operations leader is a plus.Pay Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonus PotentialWork Schedule:
