Manages and leads the accounting processes and staff of the company. The major areas of responsibility are A/P, A/R, budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, cash flow planning & execution, financial reporting, and general accounting. Responsible for developing and maintaining Finance as a business partner of the Company’s Sales, Engineering, Operations and HR organizations.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Solving financial problems related to the preparation of financial reports, including the company’s balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, and cash flow forecast.Developing, managing, reporting on the A/P, A/R, procurement, inventory functions, budgets, forecasts, financial analysis, cash flow planning & execution, financial reporting, and general accounting.Proactively identify potential financial, operational and administrative problems and bottlenecks, and to make recommendations on how these problems can be solved.Maintains monthly and year-end financial statements and supporting schedules, including analysis and interpretation to Sr. Management of same.Monitoring and regulating cash flow.Managing inventory costing and bi-weekly reporting to financial institution.Interfacing with sales, engineering and operations on finance issues, including quoting rates and methods, purchasing methods, and job profit and loss.OTHER DUTIES:

Identify potential or realized issues to supervision.Workforce Development – Identify training needs (or opportunities) to supervision.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:Knowledge and prior experience with general accounting, including detailed cost accounting, GAP, cash flow management, budgeting and financial compilation reporting.A genuine belief in continuous improvement and disciplined processes. Ten (10) years' experience in contract manufacturing position; ANDB.S Degree in Accounting; OR CPA; MBA is a plus.Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.Experience as an Operations leader is a plus.Pay Range:

$120,000 - $150,000 + Annual Bonus PotentialWork Schedule:
