Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of accounting professionals
Lead the property management accounting process
Manage the financial statement and close process
Lead business and process optimization strategies/implementations
Interact with clients and support the pursuit of new business
Additional duties as the company may require
Qualifications
6+ years of accounting and finance related experience
2+ years of team leadership experience
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from an accredited institution
CPA is a plus
Skills
Experience with Real Estate accounting software (e.g. Yardi) required
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. PivotTable, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Index Match, etc.)
High degree of problem solving and analytical skills
Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
Experience with software implementation is a plus

Pay Details$110,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
