Finance Director

Responsibilities
Perform FP&A duties for the business including budgeting, modeling, and forecasting
Complete projections and financial analysis for the purposes of business strategy
Evaluate investment opportunities and interact with outside stakeholders
Support other areas of the business cross-functionally
Additional duties as the company may require
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A
Mix of Public (Big 4 or National Firm) and Industry (Real Estate) highly desired
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
CPA or CFA is a plus!
Skills
In-depth operational FP&A experience
Operational experience in Budgeting, Modeling, and Forecasting
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
High-level of Excel ability (e.g. PivotTables, XLOOKUP, IF Statements, VBA, Macros, etc.)
ARGUS experience is a plus!
